At the premier of Black Mass in Boston, a woman did just that. Everyone, and I mean everyone else was recording the film’s stars walking down the red carpet, with their smartphones, but one woman was just leaning on the barrier and taking it all in. She will have enjoyed the moment for herself and her memory, rather than thinking of capturing it to share on social media.

Now, of course, capturing and sharing events and experiences on social media is hugely important, especially for your business, BUT there is definitely a time and a place for… wait for it… SWITCHING YOUR PHONE OFF.
